Please read this Terms and Conditions as this document contains details about your obligations and rights as well as exclusions and limitations that may apply to your transaction with Fancy Elle.
We shall ensure that each order matches the specifications as detailed in our store. We offer real virgin remy hair as well as custom colored virgin remy hair from human donors, so no product is precisely the same. We cannot fully guarantee perfect hair texture or color especially from our prime collection as these are real unprocessed human hair. Fancy Elle Hair comes in varying textures categorized into straight, wavy and curly. Please choose your hair color and length by using our guides. Rules on exchanges and returns of the products shall be discussed in the Returns section.
We only accept 100% upfront payment. We have no installment option as of this time. We accept all major cards as well as Paypal and Amazon Pay. We also accept purchases worldwide. Your credit card will be charged instantly as soon as you make a purchase online. Please review your order carefully. By purchasing, you at this moment agree to the item specification and shipping conditions.
Once your order is submitted, your payment will be processed instantly. You can choose to cancel or change your order as far as the order has not been shipped, custom orders are exception to this rule. In a rare case that we will cancel your order, your bank may hold the funds for about 3 to 7 business days. This is out of our control, so the best way to inquire about this is to contact your issuing bank. By ordering, you are at this moment acknowledging that your order information is all accurate.
Our payment processor might not accept orders if your credit card billing address is not the same as your shipping address. Credit card fraud, misleading information, and theft of our products will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Our company business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days . Please note that weekends or holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped.
Orders placed over the weekend and during holidays will be shipped first thing the next Monday morning. Once shipped, your orders will arrive within the schedule specified on the order form. Please take note that order arrival date depends on external factors out of our control. You will be given a tracking number to monitor your order via our 3rd party shipping providers. Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.
If any product that you ordered is out of stock, or if we are simply unable to fulfill your order we will email you immediately to find out if you are willing to receive a substitute product with the same value as your choice. If a substitution is not possible we may terminate the sale in which case, we will arrange to refund the amount charged to your credit card.

CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax may be charged on orders shipped to Texas State. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA.
We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on our Site, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.
While we do our best to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified without Ashley Emporium, LLC being held accountable for such inaccuracies or errors.
Fancy Elle is under Ashley Emporium LLC and our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. All personal information collected on this site is kept strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned to third parties. Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to, in order to keep your personal information private.
To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is configured to use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to process your payment. Fancy Elle’s site automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Our site is also actively monitored 24x7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping.
All orders must be cancelled before shipment. Please call or send email with the words “Cancellation” or “Urgent” with order # in the subject line. Once an order has been processed meaning submitted to the warehouse and packaged for shipping you will be able to cancel at that point. If you refuse an order at time of delivery and the order is sent back to us you will incur a 15% restock fee. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number after your items are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order contact us. Please have your order ID number attached to the message.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind United States Postal holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
If a backorder occurs on your product(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship product(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered product(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, we will contact you immediately and offer an option of a full payment refund.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Orders are shipped within 24- 48 hours of processing Monday through Friday. We recommend ordering far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays due to unpredictable weather, customs, and logistic issues. We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier irregularities. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Domestic Orders: We offer free standard shipping and free return within USA. Standard shipping takes btw 5-7 business days. Customers have the option to opt-in for the Next day or 2-day shipping, and the cost will be customer’s responsibility.
International Orders: International shipping to Canada, UK and US Territories is between 3-5 business days via FedEx/UPS. The rest of the world shipping is typically between 3-15 business days after processing time. We only accept Paypal and Amazon Pay from International customers. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone, this is due to fraud concerns.
APO/FPO/DPO ORDERS: We ship to our military service members and diplomatic personnel overseas via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing. Include the unit and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office™, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) address with the 9-digit ZIP Code (if one is assigned).
