Return & Exchange Policy

Fancy Elle is thoroughly committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and keeps your contentment our highest priority. We follow a streamlined process and ensure that our hair extensions and products are carefully reviewed for quality by our hair specialists before we ship your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) or detect any issues, please contact our customer care immediately.

We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Fancy Elle, and is null and void of guarantee. Fancy Elle is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.

Our return policy is flexible as we will provide a full refund on all products within 30 days from the date that the product is delivered (this excludes 35 percent restocking fee for wigs and custom orders; All clearance/sale items which are final sale cannot be returned). Refunds will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received and inspected the returned item. All customers must contact us after sending the package back.

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund. However, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.


In a rare occasion that a problem with one of our products cannot be resolved through routine care, we will take every effort to address the situation. We are serious about resolving quality issues.

1. For any problems or complaints on quality, we must be notified within 30-days of receiving your order.

2. Depending on the situation, we might also ask you to email photos of your concern.

3. Since most issues can be resolved with hair maintenance regimen, we may offer suggestions as to what product(s) may help solve your issue.

4. If your problem/issue cannot be fixed through maintenance, the hair must be sent back to us. We must receive it before we can take further action. We handle each situation on a case by case basis, the end result of a verified product inspection is a replacement.

For us to determine if your purchase may be resolved by replacement, the entire purchased amount of hair products must be packed entirely and mailed back to us. Fancy Elle will thoroughly inspect the product. Upon verification of the problem, Fancy Elle will bear the cost to send out a product replacement. If no problem with the product was seen, Fancy Elle sends the item in question back to the customer without an exchange of merchandise.
